Harry Potter 2: The Revenge!

Well I finally got around to seeing it! It was everything I heard it was (darker, funnier) but still smashed my expectations.

Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint (he was great in "Thunderpants!) were all brilliant. Special mention goes to Kenneth Branagh (that man has no discernible lips!) as Lockhart. Forget all the worthy Shakespeare stuff this is a great performance.

I heard mention somewhere that at the end when Lucius Malfoy raises his wand to attack Harry he can be heard muttering the start of a death curse, bit harsh!!

My only problem with the film lay with the damned Spiders. Thousands of them, all sizes! And just when you think they have gone they jump out! My concern lays, of course, with the children in the audience and has nothing to with my own fears.

Excellent fun. Can't wait for Azkaban.
